1182 Woodycrest is a 53 unit multifamily rental building under development that will provide affordable apartments to the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx. 42 of the units will be made available to families via a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. 11 one bedroom units will be rented to seniors age 62 or older, and will be distributed throughout the building. 

Co-developed with Crown Architecture & Consulting LLC, the 9 story building will include centrally located laundry facilities, a rooftop terrace, a community room for seniors, and 14 parking spaces.
 
The building will be constructed using ICF wall construction and a composite concrete flooring system. It will be fully accessible, will have adaptable units, will use Energy Star rated appliances and LED lighting in the units, and will meet Passive House Institute of US, Energy Star, and the Green Enerprise and Community Design Guidelines.

1182 Woodycrest is a recipient of the NYSERDA Buildings of Excellence Award, given to projects that achieve low carbon emissions and improve the quality of life for building residents.
